Exchange, Guarantee and Refund Policy
Our company offers garments with innovative designs that have the highest quality standards. Please note the following information.
To make a voluntary change, it must be within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving the order. The items that you are going to exchange must be in perfect condition, with the labels still on and in their original packaging. Shipping costs must be borne by the customer. For hygiene reasons we do not accept changes of underwear, including swimwear and first skin sports pants, except when manufacturing defects are present, which will be evaluated by our quality department.
You have 15 days to return an item and request a refund, from the date you received it. Please make sure the item you are returning has not been used and repackaged with all labels attached as originally included when received to ensure a full refund. (Unlabeled or used items will be charged a restocking fee or rejected if in unacceptable condition)
Once we receive the item and verify that the return is in the expected condition, as described above, a refund is initiated immediately. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank immediately, and the processing time is typically two to three business days, depending on your bank.
The garments have a 30-day warranty period against factory defects (30 days from the date of purchase). Defects or damage due to improper use, handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, such as damage to seams, tears, poor washing, poor drying, will not be recognized as a guarantee.
Due the color calibration varies according to the different computers or devices used, the color of the products may present a slight color variation.
